I am a licensed therapist, and I’m passionate about helping people connect to their story. I help create a safe space for you to explore the themes and elements of your individual story, and its impact. Together, we can help make connections from your story by identifying the events and the feelings and belief systems surrounding them. It’s through this process we can begin to understand your story. These insights will guide you through self-discovery and self-growth to enable you to live a more authentic life.
I treat clients virtually in the United States, in North Carolina, and clients from various parts of the world including Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.
